1. Reserve the new name RUN / SPICe+ Part A on MCA
2. Board meeting Approve and call EGM
3. Special resolution (EGM) 75% members approve the change
4. File special resolution MGT-14 — within 30 days
5. Apply for approval INC-24 — Central Government / ROC approval
6. New certificate ROC issues fresh Certificate of Incorporation
Note: The CIN stays the same — only the name changes. Update PAN, TAN, GST, bank, licenses, letterheads and the board outside the registered office after approval. The change is effective only from the date of the new Certificate of Incorporation.
