Small Investment up to ₹25 cr • Turnover up to ₹100 cr
Medium Investment up to ₹125 cr • Turnover up to ₹500 cr
When to register Anytime — recommended before applying for loans / tenders
Processing time Instant — certificate generated online same day
Validity Lifetime — no renewal required
Government fee NIL — registration is completely FREE
Note: Revised limits apply from 1 April 2025 (Notification S.O. 1364(E)) — investment 2.5× and turnover 2× the old limits. One Udyam per PAN — all GSTINs under the same PAN are counted together.
