Tax link โ€” Sec 43B(h) Buyer's expense is disallowed until the MSE is paid
Note: Two-sided power for MSEs: you can recover delayed dues with interest via the Samadhan portal, AND Section 43B(h) of the Income Tax Act now pressures buyers to pay micro & small suppliers within 45 days โ€” because they can't claim the expense as a deduction until they actually pay. Udyam registration is what activates both protections.
