Law Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (amended 2020)
Eligibility NGO 3+ years old • ₹15 lakh spent on core activities in last 3 years
New NGOs Use Prior Permission (FC-3B) for a specific donor/project
Mandatory bank account FCRA account at SBI, New Delhi Main Branch (all foreign funds land here first)
Validity 5 years — renew 6 months before expiry (FC-3C)
Admin cap / sub-granting Admin expense ≤ 20% • sub-granting to others banned
